The service department in Greensburg is the best on response time and in shop repairs. I had my 9560 inspected before harvest and after suggested repairs the machine ran better than it ever had and I have owned it for 10 years. Then we had an accident and the insurance wanted to total the combine but now they have agreed to repair the machine and we are looking forward to next year's harvest when Koenig get done with it.
