I have always talked to Mike in the service department. He has worked there a long time. He has given me some valuable hints and always treated me with respect!

We drive 40 min to go to the greenville koenig to get our equipement serviced when we have a John deer place 10 min from us. The staff here are friendly, nice and have great customer service. We mostly deal with Mike in the service department. He is professional, is very knowledgeable, upfront and doesn't hide anything from you. The estimate you get is what it is and no unforseen things gets added on. Miike is never pushy. If you have a question- he has the answer. Once you walk through the doors, the atmosphere is positive and friendly. Never have seen anyone without a smile. People who know how to treat their customers.

Bought a new Ventrac in 18 and when I have called in for parts or service they have always been excellent. The sales staff seems to have changed over post pandemic so I can't speak to that aspect now as I know what I'm buying and call ventrac for questions. But the guys in service go above and beyond.

Koenig is a terrific John Deere dealership and service center. I was able to get the lawn tractor I wanted even though they did not have it on the lot, and did not charge me to ship it here or deliver it to my property. I had good options for financing it, and no pressure to upsell anything. I took the machine back in to have a mulch kit installed, and that was also a great experience. They do not mark up prices on parts, and the labor costs were reasonable enough to not make me want to install it myself. Friendly people all the way around, knowledgeable in every aspect of sales and service, and a fantastic all-around business. If they continue to provide this level of service and expertise, I will be a customer for life.
