I had my lawn mower serviced at Koenig for routine yearly service. I have no complaints - only satisfaction. Everyone from Service Dept. to pick up/delivery was courteous and helpful. My John Deere mower is a good product and I would highly recommend Koenig Equipment.

Now that I bought our John Deere yard tractor from Koening and actually get HELP and SERVICE, I would not go anywhere else! The fact that they offer delivery and pick up is fantastic. Always top notch service....and Val is the best!

It is nice to have a dealership for John Deere that can help you with a problems over the phone. Jeremy the shop manager put me in contact with Tony. A super tech that fix my problem in 15 minutes great service and knowledge of this facility and very courteous unlike other dealerships

We bought our John Deere about a year ago, my husband was riding it and all of a sudden the hood started rattling and something had broken. Called the store and scheduled pickup, everything was covered under warranty and they had it back to me within a week completely fixed. Everyone was so friendly and it was such an easy place to work with. Highly recommend!
