Several employees make Koenig's what it is today, and I would like to address those employees. New service technician, AJ Grouse, is a hardworking, dedicated young man. He is extremely knowledgeable on computer diagnostic items as well as very professional while dealing with the public. Moving on to Jason Hageman, the service manager at the Urbana office, I cannot say enough good things about him. He goes above and beyond the call of duty as a service manager to ensure he has done everything possible to help the customers. The parts department in Urbana is way over a 5-star rating! Last, but certainly not least, is Chris Mills with Koenig's sales staff. His knowledge is off the charts and if by some slim chance, he doesn't know the answer, he searches until he finds the answer and ensures you are satisfied. I've always been a fan of Koenig service, and this one kept up the record. Machine was done on time, in an out of season overhaul, cost was plenty but in line with anything else these days, and they worried about letting it set outside because they knew I wouldn't want it rained on. Awesome people.

Excellent help when it comes to looking up and getting parts. Service department will also help you diagnosis and fix things wthout saying we have to take a look at it . I didn t own anything green thirty years ago because didn t want to have to deal with everyone there and their attitudes. Hopefully those in charge realize that it s not the color or that cute little emblem . The only thing is the ladies there seem to hit deep in my wallet .
