Customer service is great, answered all my questions. There was a manufacture flaw. Ryan came picked it up got it back next morning then I mowed with it. Mows awesome. Big thank you to Ryan and crew for delivering an awesome mower. Newest equipment this little town has purchased in 12 years.

I had a kobota subcompact bx for 10 years and it worked great for me but im getting older and seen the john deere 1025r with the drive over deck and the quick connect front loader at koenig equipment and thought that be a lot easier on me as im only getting older and having to fight dragging the deck and pto fight when needing to change blades and remove deck. Stu showed me the 1025r and the benefits of the 1025r over my tractor I had. and he sold me on it. the process was super smooth and delivery went very smooth. I recommend when looking for mowers or subcompacts or the bigger stuff stop by Koeing

Great people,to work with needed my Aires lawnmower service under warranty. They no longer did service work on my mower, but made some calls with some of their other stores and and processed my warranty . Mower worked great staff very friendly and helpful. The CEO needed to do something SPECIAL for the staff a the Richmond, Indiana store.

I was delighted to receive a call a few weeks before my tractor's service warranty expired to have the tractor picked up and gone over at no charge. The transaction was complete, got an AOK and no charge for the check-up. What a pleasant surprise. I always enjoy going to the store the staff is a friendly group of professionals always willing to help and entertain my questions. Thank you Koenig!
