The Windrow Decides The Bale
A baler can only be as good as what feeds it. Uneven windrows cause plugs, off shape bales and broken twine, and no amount of baler adjustment fixes hay that dried in clumps. Wheel rakes like the WR1212 and WR3210 let you build a windrow matched to your baler width so the pickup loads evenly across the full throat. Getting the rake right is usually the cheapest improvement a square baling operation can make.

Small squares or large squares for my operation?
It comes down to who handles the hay after you. If your Customers load by hand off a wagon, small squares from the 328, 338 or 348 are what sells. If hay leaves by truck or feeds a big herd, the L331R cuts your handling time per ton.
How much tractor do I need to run a square baler?
A small square baler works comfortably behind a 5 Series utility tractor, and many growers already own one. A large square baler is a different conversation and generally wants 6M or 6R power plus the hydraulic capacity to match. We will look at your fields and your existing tractor before recommending anything.
Do you stock parts and service square balers?
Yes. We stock parts for these balers and our technicians are trained on them, including knotter and pickup work that tends to come up mid season. Talk to us before first cutting rather than during it.
Can I see a baler work on my own hay?
