Existing fleet
You already own the machines. What stops a crew in peak week is a sheared blade bolt, a worn cutter blade or a cracked loader cutting edge. We help fleets in Ohio and Indiana pull those parts forward so the shelf is stocked before the calls start.

The Early Order Parts Program lets you commit to your wear parts in the quiet months instead of the week you need them. We walk your fleet with you, machine by machine, and build a list from what your implements actually wear through in a season. Rotary cutter blades and blade bolts, loader cutting edges and pins, broom wafers, bale spear tips. You get the parts on your shelf and your crews stop waiting on a counter.

Attachments take the hardest hits and get the least attention until they fail. An Implement Membership puts your cutters, blades, brooms and loader work on a planned schedule so gearbox oil, driveline shields, skid shoes and edges get looked at before the season loads them up. Our technicians are trained on this equipment and know what a Deere gearbox looks like at four hundred hours. That is the difference between a service visit and a breakdown.

Koenig has been local and family-owned since 1904. We serve landowners and contractors across Ohio and Indiana because this is our community, and our neighbors own these properties. We stock parts for the implements and loaders you run, our technicians are trained on them, and we will come to your yard to look at the machines before you commit to a list. We come to you with solutions, and we keep your work moving.

Every machine here earns its place on the trailer. Tell us the job and we will spec the shortest kit that covers it.

Blades, blade bolts, gearbox oil and driveline shields are the parts that stop a cutting crew mid-field. These are the first line items we build into an early order.
FC10R Heavy Duty · FC12R · FC15R · FC15R Heavy Duty · FC20R · RC10M Pull-Type

Higher hour cutters in brush and roadside work chew through blades faster. Plan two sets, not one, before the season starts.
FC5010 · FC5012 · FC15E · FC20M

Cutting edges, bucket teeth, pins and bushings wear quietly until the bucket stops loading clean. Easy parts to pull forward.
440R · 520M · 540M · 540R · 600M · 320R

Winter and cleanup work punishes skid shoes, cutting edges and broom wafers. Order these ahead so the first storm is not a parts run.
54-in. Quick-Hitch Front Blade · 60-in. Quick-Hitch Front Blade · 52-in. Quick-Hitch Rotary Broom · 60-in. Heavy-Duty Rotary Broom

Bale spears, forks and grapples lose tips and tines at the worst time. A spare set on the shelf keeps handling work moving.

Deck belts, spindles and blades for the attachments that run every week through the growing season.

It is a way to order your season's wear parts ahead of peak instead of during it. We build the list from your actual fleet and how hard you run it, so the parts are on your shelf when a crew needs them. It works best for fleets that already know their failure points.
No. Bring us your machine list and we will work through it with you. Our technicians are trained on this equipment and know what wears out first on a cutter, a loader or a broom, and we will tell you honestly what you do not need.
It puts your attachments on a planned service schedule so gearboxes, drivelines, edges and fasteners get checked before the season loads them. It is aimed at the implements that usually get ignored until they fail.
Yes. We will come to your site and walk the fleet with you, and we will arrange a demo on your property if you are considering adding an implement. We come to you with solutions, not a spec sheet read back to you.
Send the acreage, the access and the schedule. We will spec the shortest kit that covers the work and price it new or used. Family-owned in Ohio and Indiana since 1904.
