Solutions/Commercial landscapers
Commercial landscapers
Hospital campuses, HOAs with 8 a.m. noise ordinances, office parks that want the lot cut before the first car arrives. If your route starts in the dark, the crew that can run quiet gets the early slot and keeps the rest of the day open.

Electric ZTrak mowers are still new to this market and we do not expect a commercial crew to already own one. They are worth adding for specific work: the campus that opens at seven, the neighborhood with a posted noise window, the property manager who keeps calling about engine noise at daybreak. One quiet machine on the trailer can win you a time slot the rest of your route cannot cover.

A quiet mower loses its advantage the second someone pulls the cord on a blower. Commercial battery handhelds keep the whole crew inside the noise limit, and they start every time in cold morning air without warm-up or mixed fuel on the truck. Plan charging like you plan fuel: batteries on the charger overnight, spares in the trailer, and the quiet properties scheduled first while packs are full.

Noise-restricted work is usually a slice of the schedule, not all of it. Once the windows open you need deck speed and long run time, and that is where a gas or diesel ZTrak and a stand-on for gated backyards still earn their keep. Build the quiet machine in as an addition to what you already run, not a replacement, and the early slot becomes extra billable hours instead of a tradeoff.

Every machine here earns its place on the trailer. Tell us the job and we will spec the shortest kit that covers it.

Cuts inside posted noise windows and before sunrise on campuses, HOAs and office parks. An emerging option a crew adds for specific properties rather than a whole route.
Z370R Electric · Z370RS Electric · Z380R Electric

Blowing, trimming and edging that stays under the same noise limit as the mower. No mixed fuel and no cold-start pull on a dark morning.

Covers the open acreage and the unrestricted half of the route once the noise window lifts. Deck width and run time carry the production side of the day.
Z720E · Z730M · Z740R · Z950M · Z955M EFI

Fits gated courtyards and tight turf islands common on campus and multifamily properties, and loads on the same trailer without a second trip.
Q810E · Q820E · Q850M · Q865R EFI

Handles the mulch, soil and debris side of a maintenance contract. Most crews running mowers end up needing loader work on the same properties.
2025R · 3033R · 4044M · 220R · 440R · 520M

Moves tools, batteries and crew across large campuses without driving trucks over turf or parking lots.

It depends on your acreage, turf conditions and how much of the route falls inside the noise window. We would rather size it to the specific properties you are trying to cover than quote you a number off a spec sheet. We will bring one to your site and let your operator run it on the turf in question.
Not in our experience. Crews here are adding a quiet machine for the restricted properties and keeping the gas and diesel ZTraks for the volume work. Around four machines is a typical fleet in this market, and the electric mower usually becomes one of them rather than the whole answer.
Yes. We stock parts for the mowers and tractors we sell, and our technicians are trained on them. Tell us what your route looks like and we will talk through what you actually need to keep on the shelf.
We have been local and family-owned since 1904, serving landowners and contractors across Ohio and Indiana because this is our community. We come to you with solutions and give honest advice we attach our reputation to, not a spec sheet read back to you.
