The folks at Koenig are great! From the moment you walk through the door, you are welcomed by a staff member with a friendly "good morning" or "hello!" Visited Koenig yesterday with my son to get a new chain and file for my Stihl MS291, as we were going to be putting it through its paces later that day. The first thing I reminisced, was the nostalgic smell of a the "John Deere store" when my Grandpa and brother would stop in to get parts. The gentleman behind the counter looked up my saw model, asked a question or two, within minutes I had my new chain, file, and a print out of the information for future use. I’m 2hrs away and most everything shipped to my house but still awesome customer service from parts and service departments. On occasion have Adam Rhodes out for a service call and one of the best there is when it comes to service help. I’m 10 minutes from Ag-pro and been in their store once since they took over many years ago in Lancaster Ohio.
