It was time for a new lawn tractor. Called Oxford location they had the sales rep Tyler call me back told him what model I was looking for & he did a fantastic job locating me one that we could pick up next day. We did not want a Big box store model , we wanted something a bit more durable. Budget wise we were able to make that happen through Tyler. Being from a small business owned family we know how important it is to support small business. It was not just about the purchase it is also knowing we now have the service, parts and warranty dept to go to. Love that! You can’t get that at the big box stores.
