I just completed my purchase of a X590 John Deere tractor from Koening Dealership. I have used them for service and parts in the past since they took over the Buchannan site but this was my first big equipment purchase. Everyone I interacted with included the sales person, office administrator and the delivery person were friendly and they seemed to be ready to help you with any issue that came up. My Tractor was delivered in the estimated time frame and I did not have any issues with the tractor when it was delivered. And the gentleman who delivered it walked me through how to operate the tractor to make sure I was ready to go. I would recommend this dealership to any one who is in the Market for a new mowing device. They seem to care about their customers.

Excellent dealership, clean and neat. Parts counter technicians are very friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and detail driven to provide the customer with the correct parts and recommendation on the equipment. Sales department is also excellent in providing what is the best tractor for your needs, I have purchased a X390, and it is great mowing unit. Now looking to purchase a slightly larger compact tractor, with, loader, belly mower, and quick attach/detach 3 point hook up. I am also a big supporter of local businesses. I have also used the Koenig sales/parts facility in Oxford, Ohio, also with the same excellent staff of people. Best in the future to Koenig Company and their John Deere products. I did purchase a compact tractor recently from Koenig in Lebanon, Ohio. The 1025 series with a front loader and large mid-mount quick attach works great exactly what I was looking for and at a very reasonable price. My "tired back" thanks all at Koenig for working to find the tractor and loader unit.
Purchased a new X330 Select Series Tractor w/42A Deck and couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. From my first phone inquiry into price and availability, once I made my decision, Delivery occurred within 3 days which was fantastic. Highly recommend! Hard to believe it’s been five years + since the original post above. I just had (11/2025) premier service performed on this unit that has run exceptionally well over the years and with this maintenance it runs as well as the day I first used it. Hats off to the excellent service department. Trisha was very helpful on scheduling the service call
We just recently purchased a John Deere X350 w/48" deck. Our sales agent Tyler thoroughly went through every model, every option and answered every question before we left the store, which had already closed. No pressure, no double talk, just a professional salesman doing his job properly. Our delivery driver was also pleasant and professional, answering questions and making sure we were pleased with our purchase. We have several John Deere locations from which to choose. We chose Koenig Equipment because of past experiences with their Sales, Parts & Service staff, which also were courteous and professional. As for the tractor, well...you just can't go wrong with a John Deere! This was a big expenditure for which we were not planning. Koenig Equipment made it as pleasant and painless as possible.
