Koenig is a terrific John Deere dealership and service center. I was able to get the lawn tractor I wanted even though they did not have it on the lot, and did not charge me to ship it here or deliver it to my property. I had good options for financing it, and no pressure to upsell anything. I took the machine back in to have a mulch kit installed, and that was also a great experience. They do not mark up prices on parts, and the labor costs were reasonable enough to not make me want to install it myself. Friendly people all the way around, knowledgeable in every aspect of sales and service, and a fantastic all-around business. If they continue to provide this level of service and expertise, I will be a customer for life.
My Troy Bilt Tractor broke down twice last summer. Koenig (Greenville) had the tractor repaired within five days. That included pick up and delivery of the tractor. The women on the phone and service repairmen we're very professional.

Layne and Christian picked up and dropped off our lawn tractor for the annual servicing. Layne was on time, drove the tractor out of the garage for me, loaded up, and was gone in a matter of minutes. Christian drove the tractor inside the garage for me after waiting patiently for me to move my vehicle so he could maneuver it in. Both men displayed patience and courtesy for me. In this time customer service isnt as important as it used to be. I'm glad Koenig's recognizes the importance of and loyalty for a company that employs people who are professional and willing to go that little bit extra for their customers.
3 years ago I drove 2.5 hrs to trade in my 60 horse JD tractor for new bigger 5090E JD tractor with a cab and 4wheel drive because KOENIG offered me the best deal. You then notified me to get my new tractor in to get it inspected before my warranty ran out. I HIGHLY recommend KOENIG to anyone looking to purchase or just needing service. I will definitely be using KOENIG in the future.
