There service in there turf department was excellent
We had a problem with our new 930M zero turn mower. We purchased it from Boones Power Equipment, but they were weeks out in the service department. After 2 weeks Boones still were not able to get to our mower. The stopped by the Koenig tent at the Darke County fair, the man working there said that they could fix it right away. We took it to Koenig in Greenville and they had it fixed within 1-2 hours. What great service! They have won our business. They seem to care about service as much as they do sales.
