Mike Sherman, Turf Service Manager, and his team always do an excellent job. The best way for me to sum this up on how I feel is that when my brother was wanting to replace his mower at the end of this season he was going to replace with the brand he did have, not a John Deere. He actually was not even considering a John Deere mower, but after talking to him about Mike Sherman and his service department, my brother decided to buy a new John Deere mower instead of the brand he did have. Mike Sherman may not be in the sales department, but he does an excellent job helping sell your equipment because of the way he treats and handles customers.
