The best way for me to sum this up on how I feel is that when my brother was wanting to replace his mower at the end of this season he was going to replace with the brand he did have, not a John Deere. He actually was not even considering a John Deere mower, but after talking to him about Mike Sherman and his service department, my brother decided to buy a new John Deere mower instead of the brand he did have.
