In May of 2022 I purchased a 2025R compact utility tractor at Koenig Equipment in Greensburg Indiana through associate Darren Barker. Darren made the purchase simple and easy. There was a recall on the tractor and I also needed service for the tractor. I called to make an appointment for recall and service. My conversations were with Jody another associate at Koenig. She stayed in touch from beginning to end on the service and recall. Thanks to all for your professionalism at Koenig Equipment.
I own a GX345 lawn tractor that I bought used from Koenig several years ago. It has never run as it should even after having another John Deere dealership looks it and try to fix the problem. Last season it failed to start, Koenig fixed that but then this season the starter failed and Koenig fixed that. Again the engine failed to start, fuel contaminant. Koenig fixed that with a new carb shut off solenoid. The engine would not idle and eventually began surging at all throttle settings. Koenigs expert mechanics attempted to clean the carb, but that did not work. Final solution was to replace the carburetor completely. Koenig treated me very well, standing behind their work completely. The result is that I now have a machine that operates beautifully as never before. It is like I have a brand new GX345. Many thanks to Tonya, Dan and whoever the mechanics were that made it happen. Needless to say I will be back if I have any new problems.
