Just bought a stihl kombi from here. Dennis was probably the least pushy, must helpful salesman I’ve dealt with buying power tools. He knew his stuff really well and didn’t try to upsell me on anything other than the 6pack of oil that extends your warranty. Kevin the owner was really helpful too and down to earth. Stopped what he was doing to look for a product I wanted that was misplaced on their shelves in the back. They also quoted me about 50% less on parts than another local stihl dealer. This place will be my new go-to for buying and servicing.
I love the fact that there is never a turnover in staff. The man that always helps me is always goes the extra step to explain something if I have questions. Have always had a great experience here. I try to fix things myself and they are very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra step. They seem to love their jobs as they are always content. Always make me feel welcomed and are very personable. Have not had any bad experiences. I probably go in 2-3 times/yr. Update, went in again for my usual tune up kit. Called 1st to make sure they had it. When I arrived, my kit was up on the counter and ready. Same guy as last year. I just love walking out, feeling more confident on repairs than I did before I got there. 10 stars

I bought a new walk behind lawnmower from the Germantown Koenig’s in April. Although the model I wanted had to be sent from another Koenig location, my salesman, Chris, worked out all of the details; put it together and delivered to me in a reasonable timeframe.
