Koenig went above and beyond helping me choose my lawn mower. Starting with the Salesperson that helped guide me through the proper purchase. I showed up to Koenig to look over the John Deere brand to compare to other mowers. They made me feel like I was part of their family and before I knew I was walking out with my new John Deere mower on order. Along with the great pricing and Staff, the service has been impeccable. The service maintenance program they offer is like no other. All I need to do is park my mower in my drive without a key in it, as they have a key for my mower, and they pick it up for it's yearly service. Koenig takes care of you like you are one of their family members.
Okay, when I initially approached Chris about finding me an x390 lawn tractor, We were in the process of purchasing a new home and could not have that potential acquisition show up on our debt to income ratio. He was kind enough to find our tractor, and upon closing, the tractor was available to us for purchase. I was particularly interested in the 1.9% financing through John Deere financial. He worked to ensure my delivery was prior to August 2nd which insured I could take advantage of that low finance rate. All his help on this purchase is most appreciated, I took delivery of my new tractor this week and cut my grass for the first time yesterday. I have always lived on smaller lots so did not require a riding lawn mower. I feel good about my John Deere purchase and honestly, it is a lot of fun so far.
