Fantastic Dealer! I’ve had a stubborn issue with a tractor for a while now, and while we have all been frustrated with the intermittent electrical problem, The service department has been exceptionally responsive and accommodating with both timely responses, as well as fair and reduced billing during this troubleshooting time! We are closer to a resolution than ever, and I can’t thank them enough for not quitting on this issue like all the other dealers! They all had no issue with simply sending a bill to a customer with a still broken tractor and wishing me best of luck on finding someone to fix it! I think I finally did just that! Thank you Koenig Equipment!! Highly recommend them!!
