Great people to work in sales and service. Parts are usually available. Service department is quick to respond to service calls.
Several employees make Koenig's what it is today, and I would like to address those employees. New service technician, AJ Grouse, is a hardworking, dedicated young man. He is extremely knowledgeable on computer diagnostic items as well as very professional while dealing with the public. Moving on to Jason Hageman, the service manager at the Urbana office, I cannot say enough good things about him. He goes above and beyond the call of duty as a service manager to ensure he has done everything possible to help the customers. The parts department in Urbana is way over a 5-star rating! Last, but certainly not least, is Chris Mills with Koenig's sales staff. His knowledge is off the charts and if by some slim chance, he doesn't know the answer, he searches until he finds the answer and ensures you are satisfied. Excellent help when it comes to looking up and getting parts. Service department will also help you diagnosis and fix things wthout saying we have to take a look at it . I didn t own anything green thirty years ago because didn t want to have to deal with everyone there and their attitudes. Hopefully those in charge realize that it s not the color or that cute little emblem . The only thing is the ladies there seem to hit deep in my wallet . I have dealt with Koenig Equipment at the Anna location since taking over the family farm in 1994. Over the years, I have found the business philiosophy of this company to be consistantly focused on helping customers have a successful experience, whenther in sales, service, or support. I have attributed this to their selection and training of their employees. Equipment designs have flaws, parts break, and machinery replacement needs occur regardless of its color. Without the support and help of equipment dealerships such as Koenig's in todays highly technological world, our farming efforts would be very difficult if not impossible. This is especially true as we strive to do more under mother nature's weather and time contraints. I consider the Koenig Family an extension of my M & R Pepple Family Farms, and value their contribution daily.
