Is the John Deere ZTrak Z370R right for you?

The Customer looking at battery-powered zero-turns usually has a few things on their mind: runtime, reliability, and whether this machine will still be worth something in five years. That's a fair way to think about it. The Z370R comes with a single 3.56 kWh sealed battery rated IP66, meaning it's built to handle dust, moisture, and real yard conditions, not just a dry garage. The RYOBI spreads its capacity across four separate battery packs totaling only 2.56 kWh, so you're managing more moving parts and getting less total energy. The Z370R also gives you a choice of a 42-inch or 48-inch Accel Deep deck, which is a genuine cut-quality advantage if your property warrants the wider pass.

Where the RYOBI does lead is top speed at 8 mph versus 7 mph, and its charger pushes more watts, so it does recharge faster on paper. Those are real differences worth knowing. But for most residential Customers, the Z370R's simpler battery architecture, higher usable capacity, and the option to add MulchControl mean less hassle and better results over time. Resale on John Deere turf equipment also holds up noticeably better than off-brand alternatives.

The bigger picture is what happens after the sale. Koenig has stores across Indiana and Ohio with technicians who know this machine, genuine John Deere parts on the shelf, and a service team that keeps you cutting. Stop in and we'll walk through which deck size fits your property and what runtime actually looks like for your acreage.
