Is the John Deere 4052M Heavy Duty right for you?

Most Customers looking at the 4052M are running loader work, finish mowing, and rotary cutting on a regular basis, and they want a tractor that holds up to that kind of daily grind without nickel-and-diming them on downtime. The 4052M Heavy Duty earns its name in a couple of measurable ways. You get 40.9 hp at the PTO versus 39.1 hp on the HST/PRT version, which is a real difference when you are pushing a heavy rotary cutter through thick growth. The Heavy Duty also comes with a Category 1/Category 2 hitch, so as your implement needs grow, you are not locked into Category 1 only. Cruise control ships as standard equipment here, while on the HST/PRT it is an option you have to add.

The weight difference is worth a conversation too. The Heavy Duty comes in at 4,255 lb versus 3,668 lb or 3,754 lb on the lighter versions. That extra mass is not a drawback for this Customer; it is stability on slopes and traction when the ground is soft. If you are doing serious cutting work, you want that planted feel.

When you factor in Koenig's service network across Indiana and Ohio, genuine John Deere parts availability, and the resale strength that comes with a well-spec'd machine, the Heavy Duty is the version most working Customers are glad they chose. Stop in and we can walk through exactly how it fits your operation.
