Is the John Deere 3039R right for you?

They want something they can attach a loader, a box blade, or a finish mower to and actually push through the job without feeling underpowered. The 3039R gives you 38.2 horsepower against the 3035D's 34.2, and that gap shows up most when you're running implements under load. More telling is the hydraulic flow: the 3039R moves 9.1 gallons per minute to your implements compared to 5.9 on the 3035D, and steering hydraulics run at 6.2 gpm versus 4.4. That means faster, more responsive loader cycles and implements that actually keep up with you.

The 3039R also gives you a 12-speed PowrReverser transmission versus an 8-speed shuttle on the 3035D, which matters when you're digging, grading, or loading and need to find the right ground speed without hunting through gears. The longer 68-inch wheelbase adds stability on uneven ground, and if you go with the eHydro, cruise control comes standard.
