Koenig Equipment, Inc. is actively recruiting for an Intern in the Parts Department at the Dealership's Amelia, OH location.  
 
Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Greet and assist walk-in, phone, and online customers in identifying and locating the correct parts, accessories, and attachments. 
  • Use John Deere parts catalogs, computer systems, and technical resources to accurately research, quote, and process parts orders. 
  • Process sales transactions, invoices, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims efficiently and accurately. 
  • Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments while maintaining an orderly and clean parts counter and inventory area. 
  • Track inventory levels, monitor stock, and notify management of low or out-of-stock items. 
  • Pull and prepare parts orders for customers and service technicians. 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty. 
  • Stay current on product knowledge and parts procedures vi internal learning & development programs.
  • Assist with showroom organization, promotions, equipment upkeep and customer follow-up as needed. 
  • Other duties as assigned by 
 
Qualifications and Requirements: 
  • Actively engaged in the completion of a high school or other academic program aligned with the defined expectations of the position.
  • Ability to work a mutually agreed upon schedule required to support operational needs and conducive for student's academic requirements.
  • Effective and timely communications skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. 
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. repeatedly.
